Our organization is available for pick up, drop off and/or full service catering 7 days a week on all 3 shifts. Food & beverage minimums apply and vary based upon head count, menu & level of service requested. We offer several catering options, including individually packaged box meals, drop off catering, pick up catering, buffet catering and catering service with our food truck & trailer. Our standard delivery area is within the 275 loop, but we do travel for up to 2 hours away from Cincinnati, OH for an additional time & travel fee.
We set the following food minimums for catering & private events to ensure we cover our fuel, labor, supply, administration & food costs. If you have any questions, our team is here to provide guidance.
Catering & Event Options:
On-Premise: Guest Chef and Vending On-Site $1,200 food minimum (includes up to 3 hours of service)
Full-Service Buffet: $1,200 food minimum w/attendants (includes up to 3 hours of service)
On-Site Hog Roasts: $2,000 food minimum (includes up to 3 hours with Pitmaster Experience)
On-Site Grill Outs: $1,200 food minimum (includes up to 3 hours with Pitmaster Experience)
Pick-Up Catering: $300 from our Mt. Washington location at 2249 Beechmont Avenue Cinti, OH 45230
Drop-Off Catering: $500 week days and $750 on weekends (based upon driver availability and distance)
BBQ Food Truck: $1,500 food minimum - private event (includes up to 3 hours of service)
BBQ Food Trailer: $1,500 food minimum - private event (includes up to 3 hours of service)
Public Events: Depends on Availability, Scope & Opportunity. We need to make at least $1,500 in sales over a 3-hour period in order to cover our overhead expenses to service your event. (avg 80+ guests)
*Additional Time may be added to any level of service for an additional fee. (billable by the hour)
